This stage will consist of the actual life when a student or an individual has to show their talent in the form of the target which has been settled by them itself either their parents or with societal pressure.

This time their age will become twenty-plus years based on the goals selected.

Stage-5,

This time an individual life comes when he/she has to go for marriage afterward, family responsibilities. Most of the lifecycle challenges and attributes which has been gained with the self or societal condition.
