Example No. 1.   A female child was studying in the class of schooling standard, she was so happy with earlier her life. Her earlier life was usually having everything for happiness and almost what she need in her life their family was providing everything. Almost nothing was missing in her life.

During the schooling examination she has done well but unfortunately what score she was accepted was not achieved. As a result, when the result came & her expectation was she not mate with her requirement then finally she decided to suicide and finally lost herself.

When lots of investigation and inquiry occurred then the result was found that she had everything nothing a problem with herself. But the marks obtained in the examination were not mated with the expectation of society.

The question arises that is a mark or score is equivalent to our life. You will get your answer no. But due to the stressful development of our society children, even students and working professionals are facing such types of issues.

In this situation, they do not know how to tackle the stressful situation in their life so that they survive their life in a smooth manner.

Example No.2.  Few couple of years ago we have seen the dangerous form of the Covid-19 pandemic. This has created a large turbulence among an individual from this time especially those students who were preparing for examinations who lost their life because of a problem resulted caused due to stress. A student’s brain is not mature that much so they can understand life and manage the excess pressure.

So this damage could be saved but the Covid-19 pandemic has not given any opportunity to prepare for such type of problem.

In the world itself, every individual is facing a problem of stress in their life.

The result was that health issues, hypertension many other issues were created with life.

How to Manage Stress?

If you are facing any stress in your life in the form of a problem then follow these methods to overcome this issue.

  • Problem-solving attitude

To manage stress every individual must have an attitude having a problem-solving attitude. We should learn from everyone what was the problem and how someone has solved it.

It is a life and everyone’s life has the issue either it may be whatever reason.

So just remember that after dark night definitely, daylight will also come.

Time is so powerful just keep calm and be patient.

  •  Flexibility to the situation

Do not be rigid with yourself be flexible with the situation. Sometimes we are becoming more rigid in life whether it may be for an object or whatever it is. Suppose you are preparing for a government job at the Class A officer level and after examination, you got a job at the Class B officer level. Even he/she is not happy. The situation has arisen to accept the opportunity but a person is accepting only a Class A level job, Not a Class B level officer job then the problem starts with life.

  • Ignore the Societal pressure

 If you are willing to survive a beautiful and stress-free life then the ignorance of societal pressure is highly recommended.

Consider an example for the 10th level examinations a competition has been created among the students who are much innocent they don’t know their life very perfectly. But societal conditions play with them in the form of getting the highest score. Those who got the highest score in society are appreciated and if another student got fewer marks as compared to their counterpart in society even their parents itself demotivating and not giving respect to their children.

In such type of situation, the responsibility of the parents is much more important. We cannot compare or judge two children in the form of marks.

Both of them have different skills and knowledge. Do you think that in society judging both of the students in the form of marks is Ok? This question I am putting in front of you has to decide.

During giving this answer you must keep in mind that a child having his life is important or what the score he got in the examination.

  • Keep your life to the top priorities

Whatever we are doing in our life for goodness do the good practices with a moral attitude.

Keeping these things in your mind all of you must keep your life at the top of the priority. If you will compare your life with some other expectations then you will get your answer.

Because everything is based on your life only. So just keep it at the top of your priorities in your life.

  • Go with your desired Goal

In life usually we follow a dream or a career we can say like a project, someone who wants to become Doctor, Engineer, Lawyer, Government officer, etc.

Go for a career that you are willing not based upon the requisition of parents, friends & another societal element.

If someone is going under the pressure of society that they must be this or you should choose this career only & they are not happy then this problem starts with the form of huge pressure in the form of stress.

Hence it is usually said that choose your career/goal/objective based on your choice only not by someone’s pressure.

Sometimes we are seeing in the news or somewhere that an engineer has gone to Entertainment or changed their field.

So it was the ultimate result of their stress.

Finally, what they wanted to their life they changed their attitude and shifted to their life what they wanted they became stressed with their life.

  • Go for the real truth & accept the truth

In life, we must focus on the real truth and definitely accept the truth in the present situation. Do not go for an imaginary situation. Being optimistic and accepting the real truth are different.

Optimistic means being positive. But in case suppose you are writing an examination and you answered 5 questions correctly among 10 questions then definitely you will get the marks for only 5 correct answers, not for the remaining 10 incorrect answers.

 So in life sometimes we have to go for the real truth and accept the truth.

  • Do not assume pre assumption

Pre-assumption is also a reason for creating stress in your life. If we are talking about the future of 10 years that some situation will be like this or I will become someone like that. Then a problem starts. If you are not achieving then definitely problems will occur in the form of stress with life.

  • Do not expect much from anyone

Expectation from anyone is so much highly dangerous. If expectations not meeting the requirement then the problem starts with us. So keep fewer expectations from anyone.

  • Help someone with your  level, not the Beyond

Some people are helping in nature; it is their good attitude that they come from society to help someone even if a large number of people are not willing.

So when some people are willing to help someone they are helping or supporting too extreme level to another person. Slowly they are keeping with themselves with high risk.

In the future, you are not going to know what will happen to you.

In our present society, parents can manage their 100 children in their childhood but even with the old age condition of their parents, 100 Children are not supporting their parents only.

So help someone but not at the extreme level.
